Working in collaboration and harmony with the Home Manager and the wider multi-disciplined teams you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient running of the home.

Job Description
* The duties of our Clinical Leads are vast and varied and include all aspects which touch upon excellent nursing and residential care, open and individualized communication, supporting and maintaining budgetary and financial controls and, being personally accountable for Human Resources.
* You will always act in the best interests for all involved, promoting engaging and creative marketing initiatives, guiding and coaching colleagues to actively pursue training and development and undertaking the same for your own professional and personal growth journey.
* On both a personal basis and through supervision of the teams, you will give your undivided attention and care to all areas of the home from the laundering of residents' personal items through to dealing with a highly complex emergency such as a serious accident or break out of an infectious disease.
