Talent 84 have a permanent vacancy for an office based Manager to work for a specialist utilities service provider in Wakefield.

* 40 hours per week
* Mon – Fri 8.30 am – 5.00 pm
Job Purpose
To lead a maintenance planning team ensuring that customers receive the best possible service.
Reporting to the Appointment/ Scheduling Manager duties are varied and will include:
* Overseeing the delivery of high-volume work streams of high voltage substation and asset inspections and maintenance nationally.
* Managing and mentoring the planning team
* Monitoring service metrics including response times, resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
* Resolving customer queries
* Resource allocation ensuring a 24/7 call out function
* Client maintenance and inspection reports
* Monitoring and controlling work in progress costs
* Implementing improvement strategies
* Implementing new services and improving existing ones to meet changing customer needs and market demands
* Developing service standards, policies and procedures
* Ensuring health & safety requirements are adhered to
Skills required:
* Higher Level Engineering Qualification
* Proficiency in asset management principles and practices
* Knowledge of electrical systems, substation equipment and relevant industry standards
