Temporary ongoing role with full-time working hours. Working on a shift rota 5 over 7 days, including some weekends.
Shifts are - 6AM-2PM, 8:30AM-4:30PM, 9AM-5PM, 10AM-6PM, 1:30PM-9:30PM AND 2PM-10PM.
Hourly rate between £11.44PH and £20.94PH Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming external and internal calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient, colleague and customer's inquiries and concerns
Provide accurate and relevant information regarding services, policies, and procedures
Document and update records in an organised manner
Maintain a positive and friendly rapport with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues efficientlyRequirements:
