3rd Line IT Engineer to a small, busy and personable team. This position is paying an annual salary of £35,000 - £50,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:30pm.
Duties:
1. Providing technical support to clients by phone, email, and on-site visits.
2. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues.
3. Conduct regular maintenance tasks.
4. Work as part of a team and alongside other departments to contribute to ongoing service enhancements.
5. All other relevant tasks.
Benefits:
1. £35,000 - £50,000 per annum.
2. 20 days holiday (3-5 days to be held back for Christmas shutdown) + Bank Holidays.
3. Pension.
Experience required:
1. Must have a full UK driving licence to be able to travel to client sites when needed.
2. Managed Service Provider experience.
3. Technical proficiency across: Windows server (including Active Directory, DNS & DHCP), Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs & VPNs).
4. Experienced firewall knowledge from setup through to administering.
