About the role
To achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs:
* Responsible for building strong relationships and regularly updating clients through telephone contact maintaining high levels of customer care.
* Answer the telephone, handling queries, and logging all client interactions.
* Manage multiple company databases to match vendors to interested parties.
* Arrange viewings, then collate information from feedback to generate offers.
* Qualify buyers using the correct process, ensuring the right questions are being asked, i.e. what’s their end goal, strategy, etc.
* Negotiate multiple offers & effectively manage an individual pipeline of deals.
* Promote the services of our panel partners i.e. solicitors, finance, and energy leads.
* Maintain outstanding levels of customer service and comply with Group policies.
* Drive testimonials and positive/first-class online reviews for our services.
* Ensure press releases are delivered for all completions from sellers and buyers as well as providing quality for sale PR in line with Group Policy.
* Actively promote the business, the brand, and self in a professional, positive manner via social media.
About you
You’ll be a team player with the initiative to drive deals through to completion, looking for your next step on the career ladder.
Experience/Skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal:
* Experience in dealing with the full Microsoft package.
* Previous work with CRM systems, updating records, and note-taking.
* Initiative and commitment to hit targets and KPIs.
* Experience in a sales environment preferred but not essential as full training is given.
