Shifts: Mixture of days and nights or just nights
12 hours - 3 on 4 off then 4 on 3 off

My client are now seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Support Worker to join their team at a leading drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre on a permanent full time contract on days and nights.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to clients on their journey towards recovery. You will work alongside a team of experienced professionals to deliver a comprehensive range of services to clients experiencing drug and alcohol addiction.
Responsibilities as a Support Worker:
* Work collaboratively with clients to identify their goals and develop personalised treatment plans
* Provide support and guidance to clients during group and individual counselling sessions
* Administer medication and monitor clients' physical and mental health
* Participate in the planning and delivery of therapeutic and recreational activities
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans
* Liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive appropriate care and support
* Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Helping to create a safe, comfortable, and stimulating environment
Requirements as a Support Worker:
* Previous experience working in a rehabilitation centre or related healthcare environment
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Flexibility to work days, nights, and any day of the week including weekends
* Patience, empathy, and a caring attitude
