We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Law firm for receptionists looking for temporary ad-hoc days.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
Confidently handle enquiries in person and over the phone, providing excellent service and directing clients to the appropriate department.
General administrative duties- scanning, filing, photocopying.
Answering phone calls and directing customer queries to the relevant person.
Multi-site coverage: provide reception support on an ad-hoc basis across various sites within the Dudley Borough area.
Confidently use computer systems to handle bookings, maintain records, and manage communications.
Successful candidates will have:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role.
Experience in a corporate or legal environment (Not essential).
Confident communicator who can provide exceptional service to clients, in person and over the phone.
Proficient using computer systems.
Ability to represent the law firm in a professional, and efficient manner at all times.
Ability to work ad-hoc days across different sites in Dudley Borough.
Hours of work: Can vary
Pay Rate: £12ph
