* Provide specialised psychological assessments using a variety of methods (e.g., psychometric and neuropsychological assessments, structured interviews, and direct/indirect observations).
* Deliver tailored psychological therapy based on evidence-based practice, adapting therapy plans as needed to ensure progress.
* Offer advice and consultation to multi-disciplinary colleagues on clinical matters.
* Work independently within the British Psychological Society Code of Conduct, Ethical Principles & Guidelines 2004 and HCPC registration policies.
* Take full professional responsibility for the quality and outcomes of your clinical practice.
* Contribute to the development and improvement of local team policies and service quality.
* Support and supervise other professionals and trainees, offering training and guidance as required.
* Utilise your research skills to contribute to audits, policy development, and service improvement initiatives.
