Shift Team Leader Job Summary -
The STL is directly responsible for the personnel and activities of the assigned operating shift in maintaining the continued operation of the EfW facility in compliance with established safety regulations and procedures, UK environmental regulations, production schedules, output requirements, and contractual obligations, and is responsible to cover for all operations and maintenance activities.
Shift Team Leader Job Responsibilities -
* Compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental requirements
* Manages the activities of the assigned operating shift through direct and interactive supervision of operators and other support personnel to assure continued operations of all process systems and equipment
* Assures that all shift employees are adequately trained for their position, that they comply with established operating procedures for normal and emergency situations, and that safe, efficient, and environmentally sound operations are maintained
* Maintains an effective safety program, conducting regular safety meetings with shift personnel, assuring each employee’s understanding of, commitment to, and compliance with established safety policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
