As one of the fastest growing and highest rated commercial energy suppliers in the UK, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and organised Account Manager, based at our office in Guiseley, Leeds. The Account Manager role is an outbound b2b sales role, where the candidate will manage the full end to end process of the sale and manage their own pipeline with the ability to make uncapped commission on a market leading commission scheme. Working within the role, you will also deal with inbound sales enquiries whilst also creating your own outbound opportunities, reporting into the Head of Direct Sales. You will be asked to deliver across several key performance indicators required in the role. Whilst offering a competitive starting salary, you can also earn a performance related bonus on top of your basic wage for hitting key performance indicators. Responsibilities Deal with the end-to-end sales process, demonstrating the ability to hit sales targets. Implement structured company sales process to maximise revenue from each opportunity. Make outbound calls to potential clients, using contact details contained within the internal database. Prioritise workload, ensuring inbound quotes are worked urgently, following company sales process. Effectively manage pipeline of prospects. Ensure all client information is updated on the internal customer management system. Participate in any training and take personal responsibility for own development. Use skills and knowledge of the company and its competitors to consistently identify opportunities to maximise sales potential. Ensure that all calls and emails are handled with empathy, enthusiasm, confidence and accuracy. Demonstrate a commitment to be helpful on each interaction and follow through on promises.
