We're currently seeking a Project Support Coordinator who shares our commitment to quality, service, and environmental improvement.
Role Overview:
To support the successful delivery of the Green Homes project by providing project and administrative support, with a customer/client focus across multiple site contracts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Ensure the smooth running of the Warmer Homes Scotland project from an administration perspective.
* Undertake work directed by the Operations Director & Project Manager, e.g., project/reporting.
* Support the 360-scheme process, ensuring the project is in line with legislative/key process changes.
* Act as the central point of communication for queries related to the Green Home project.
* Liaise with the Operations Director, Project Manager, site teams & sub-contractors.
* Support planning and processes to ensure project KPIs are met.
* Log, follow-up, and ensure resolution of customer complaints.
* Assist in the preparation of weekly/monthly reports.
* Process, update, and issue programmed works, uploading to in-house and external databases.
* Produce quotes for Warmer Homes Scotland applications.
* Support the Project Coordinator in creating project progress reports for Management and clients.
* Focus on customer engagement and service to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
* Monitor and close off all aspects of completions.
* Review and issue survey schedules, including updating survey status and uploads.
* Answer and direct customer calls.
Skills & Experience:
* Excellent communication skills with the proven ability to influence others and convey technically challenging information through various media, including presentations, written reports, diagrams, and graphics.
* Ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts/manage risks.
* Demonstrate a high level of commitment and flexibility to deliver projects within budget & timeframe.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Ability to prioritize work to deliver successful outcomes.

* Salary: £26,000 to £27,000 per annum.
