Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

GI Group are now seeking to appoint a SEN Teaching Assistant to our Education client based in Doncaster. The SEN Teaching Assistant will provide 1-1 support for a child within a specialist provision.

Duties of the SEN Teaching Assistant:

* Provide 1-1 support to students with SEND and facilitate group work
* Assist the teacher with the planning and delivery of lessons
* Build positive relationships with students, teachers and parents
* Assist students with their learning activities
* Help students develop social and emotional skills

Role Requirements:

* Commitment to safeguarding young children
* Experience working with students with SEND
* Excellent communication skills
* A passion for supporting students with additional needs
* A flexible approach to help meet the needs of students with additional needs
