Elevation Recruitment are working with a leading Valve manufacturer to recruit a Sales Manager in their Aftermarket team, where you'll drive sales growth by delivering exceptional customer support, tailored solutions, and expert product knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage internal sales activities, driving revenue in the aftermarket valves sector. Provide technical guidance and solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with other internal teams to offer seamless service and product delivery. Develop strong relationships with clients, fostering repeat business and long-term partnerships. Analyse market trends to identify opportunities and expand market presence. What You Bring: Proven sales experience, preferably in the valves or industrial sector, Control Valves sizing and selection experience is desirable. Strong technical aptitude, ideally with a qualification in Engineering. Experience in a Team Leader / Management role Good communication, literacy, presentation, computer and organisation skills.
