Benefits Realisation Analyst
Location: Manchester – on site 2 days p/w
Salary: £45,000
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Benefits Realisation Analyst to join our client's dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the benefits of their projects are effectively identified, measured, and realised, contributing to the success of their organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver benefits realisation functions across multiple projects.
* Identify, quantify, and measure both financial and non-financial benefits.
* Use a wide range of business analysis tools and techniques to support successful change delivery.
* Document business benefits requirements clearly and effectively.
* Build and strengthen key stakeholder relationships to drive collaboration.
* Supervise and manage external contractors and senior suppliers as needed.
* Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards in benefits realisation.
Essential Criteria:
Qualifications
* Degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification/experience.
* Business analysis or analytical qualification, or relevant experience.
* Relevant project management qualification, e.g., PRINCE2, or equivalent experience (Desirable).
* ITIL Foundation V4 (Desirable).
Experience:
* Proven experience in delivering benefits realisation functions within a project team.
* Demonstrated ability to supervise others, including external contractors and senior suppliers.
* Extensive experience using business analysis tools and techniques for successful change delivery.
* Track record of identifying, documenting, and measuring financial and non-financial benefits.
* Experience implementing quality assurance measures to maintain service standards (Desirable).
Knowledge:
* Strong understanding of benefits realisation methodologies and frameworks.
* Knowledge of benefits management and cost/finance-related benefits.
Skills & Abilities:
* Ability to manage multiple conflicting demands and priorities effectively.
* Proactive problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey professionalism.
* Competent IT skills, including MS Office and MS SharePoint.
* Ability to meet tight project and operational deadlines.
Other Requirements:
* Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for business purposes.
* Willingness to travel to different locations as required.
* Strong attendance record.
