Assistant Store Managers are the ship’s vice captains in our business. You will support the leadership and management of a happy and productive crew, and will be responsible for living our S.A.V.E values every day to ensure our customers receive the best quality sustainably sourced fish and chips in the UK.
To achieve that, you will receive all the training and support you need to thrive and get on in your food career through our industry leading procedures and how to guides.
You will be one of your store’s customer champions, helping your Store Manager ensure that you and your colleagues deliver customer service that goes above and beyond our customers’ expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver an exceptional level of customer service
* Prepare and cook all menu items in line with demand and to a high standard
* Leadership - great communication and role modelling to develop a high performing team

* Promote high standards of Food Hygiene

* Work closely with your Operations Manager to maximize the turnover and profitability of the business in an ethical and rewarding manner
