With a great industry reputation and company culture, if you are looking for a new exciting challenge, then this role is for you.Your new roleYou will be providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the senior leadership team, including the MD, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.Duties will include:
* Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel as required
* Drafting and proofreading documents, letters, reports, and presentations
* Acting as a central point of contact for clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
* Organising and managing both physical and digital filing systems
* Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes
* Liaising with internal and external contacts to coordinate tasks and projects
* Supporting with event planning and coordination
What you'll need to succeedDue to the nature of this role, previous experience within a similar PA role is required. The successful candidate will be exceptionally organised, proactive, with great interpersonal skills. Experience working with Microsoft Office software is essential.
