About our role and our team
Delivery of customer facing Consulting and Support Services across activities relating to Lendscape's Asset Finance solution.
These activities cover (but are not limited to) BAU support, and project implementation work streams; discovery workshops, requirements gathering and design, configuration, integration (using product APIs), migration, reporting and testing.
This role will liaise closely with the Asset Finance Engineering team to ensure the development and support services of the Asset Finance product is delivered to customers on a timely and quality basis.
Requirements
Responsibilities & Duties
* Customer BAU support, management of open open tickets, providing SME knowledge and triage of issues and defects raised.
* Take a senior role in BAU services or implementation work streams and ensuring on time delivery, and on budget.
* Work with a team of Lendscape consultants and product SMEs to establish the scope, budget and timeline for project implementations facilitating client workshops as necessary.
* Support the creation of project plans and project estimates, agreeing the terms of engagement outlined in these documents with the customer.
* Support Lendscape's relationship with customers and relevant Lendscape stakeholders.
* Produce clear and concise written documentation as required.
* Learn and expand knowledge of the business domain of our clients and the Asset Finance product.
* Collaborate closely with all the other members of your squad to take shared responsibility for the overall efforts that the team has committed to.
* Maintain and work to detailed and accurate estimates to complete for all streams across all projects.
* Visit customers as required to drive the progress of implementation activities or resolution of support / BAU topics.
* Carry out and support project retrospectives on completion of the projects.
* Assist Engineering team in the specification, delivery and support of the Asset Finance product.
Additional Information
* Lendscape's customers are based internationally, travel to visit clients will be required.
* Consultants will need to be flexible during times of peak project effort to help successfully meet projects milestones or customer support commitments. This may, include weekends, for example in support of a go live event. Lendscape's overtime policy will apply during such periods.
Experience and Knowledge
* Two years or more experience in Asset Finance, including vendor or change management experience of Asset Finance system IT systems.
* Hands on experience of delivering projects in a client facing role in an Asset Finance system implementation.
* Proven experience in one or more of the following implementation activities - discovery workshops, business configuration, test management, finance configuration / testing, integration and migration.
* Foreign language an advantage although not essential.
Skills and Competencies
* Self-motivated and pro-active, escalating to managers and senior team members when required.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills with an ability to communicate effectively across written, verbal and presentation formats to a variety of audiences.
* Demonstrate effective use of collaboration tools to facilitate effective communication and distributed collaboration required.
* Strong team player, track record of working under pressure and bring together experts that are not under direct management to deliver a positive outcome.
* Attention to detail and committed to high quality deliverables.
* Knowledge of the Asset Finance industry and supporting software products.
* Knowledge of Lendscape products an advantage although not essential.
* Technical skills such us SQL, Log analysis and interpretation, Interfaces / APIs, Cypress.
* Analytical, inquisitive, eager resolve / find root cause of problems / incidents - able to quickly get to the core of complex issues and explain them to others.
* Knowledge and experience of using modern agile management tools such as JIRA and Confluence critical for the application.
