In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing external communications strategies to enhance the organisation's brand identity and improve consumer perception. Key Responsibilities: Act as a spokesperson for the business or product area. Collaborate with agencies on projects by supporting objectives, driving key tasks, and providing content. Build and maintain relationships with reporters. Develop and execute communications plans, refining key messages, comms plans, and materials. Manage communications programmes for external events, including designing presentations, comms, and visuals. Track the effectiveness of communications campaigns and manage feedback channels. Support reputation management efforts. Mandatory Requirements: Ability to work cross-functionally to communicate with journalists and thought leaders. Experience in devising specific communications materials and designing campaigns. Strong stakeholder management and campaign planning skills. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Skilled communicator and relationship builder. Previous experience in an agency environment. B2B and consumer experience. Solid experience in public relations, media relations, or communications. Corporate experience and background in policy and political issues is a plus. Experience with Google Docs, Google Mail, and design tools.
