Job Title: Accounts Administrator
Location: NG13, Bingham
Employment Type: Contract, 10 months, Full-time, Maternity Cover, with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week after training.

Role overview
Main Responsibilities:
– Invoice Distribution: Send customer invoices on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with flexibility during month-end.
– Customer Statements: Prepare and send customer statements.
– Purchase Ledger Invoices: Input purchase ledger invoices, managing around 3,000 monthly shared between two team members.
– Telephone Communication: Answer calls, including taking customer card payments.
– Accounts Inbox Management: Monitor and process up to 100 daily emails, handling queries and invoices.
