Description:
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will integrate between franchises as the lynchpin that collates the business managers together under one seamless direction. The Head of IT will be responsible for strategic leadership for the firm's various different acquired businesses. In addition to this, you will be involved in the day-to-day activities that come with heading up the business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a large-scale synchronisation of CRM & ERP platforms across various different franchises, liaising with stakeholders to make consequential and business-shaping decisions.
* Develop the organisation's IT, software and implementation vision, defining business goals and scalability to transition into action principles for wider stakeholders and franchisees.
* Oversee IT projects from inception to completion.
* Liaise between IT, software, the technical arm of the business, and executive management to communicate strategies to affect the desired change within the organisation.
Profile:
* Experience as an IT Manager/Head of IT.
* Highly experienced in end-to-end delivery of software implementations.
* Demonstrated project management experience.
* Experience within change and budget management alongside strong analytical skills.
* Aptitude and enjoyment of involvement within the technical side of a programme; experience as a Technical Programme Manager is a bonus.
