Job Title: School Partnership Manager
Salary: £26k - £29k + Benefits
Contract Type: Permanent
Line Manager: Head of Schools
The purpose of the Schools Partnership Manager role is to develop effective relationships with schools, to encourage their engagement across our schools offering and Foundation programmes.

Providing opportunities in the areas of sport, disability, health, schools, social inclusion, education and employability, Norwich City Community Sports Foundation helps over 43,000 people every year achieve their goals. We support some of the most disadvantaged, disabled and talented children, young people and adults across Norfolk through a range of projects, programmes and initiatives. Objectives
1. To develop and maintain new impactful partnerships with schools across Norfolk.
2. Increase the number of schools participating in extra-curricular clubs/activities and competitions.
3. Develop and provide new enrichment opportunities for schools to engage with the Foundation.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience - Essential
1. Experience of organising and managing programmes/projects.
2. Worked in a KPI/budget driven environment.
3. Experience of developing new partnerships with businesses, schools or organisations.
4. Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Ability to use initiative and flexibility to provide solutions.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience - Desirable
1. Experience of working with schools to deliver a range of programmes and products.
2. Knowledge of pupil premium and sports premium funding.
3. Experience in producing case studies/impact reports.
