Role:
1. Assist in proactive management of rent arrears and debts within specified area.
2. Understanding customers' personal and financial circumstances and how they've arrived at their current situation.
3. Conduct interviews and correspondence with customers, agreeing on repayments.
4. Provide accurate information and advice on welfare reforms to affected customers.
5. Ensure adherence to financial procedures and regulations.
6. Liaise with external debt collection agencies and other relevant agencies.
