Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Location: 100% onsite at site in West Molesey (KT8 2QZ)
Salary: £55,000 per annum (Negotiable)

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Reports to: Operations Director
Reports: Direct 5 (Team of 12)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop a customer-led ethos in the Supply Chain teams to ensure effective communication with stakeholders and activities are planned and controlled to support key KPIs.
2. Ensure customer complaints are dealt with through effective and timely investigation and resolution, instigating corrective actions to avoid reoccurrence.
3. Establish a model to manage capacity balance between local manufacture, 3rd party manufacture, raw material vendors, and finished goods suppliers.
4. Lead the team by establishing clear measures for all key performance indicators, tracking performance, and establishing corrective action plans.
5. Ensure Quality standards are adhered to by the external supply chain and Warehouse in conjunction with the Quality function.
6. Establish and maintain appropriate inventory levels with accurate goods-in and inventory controls.
7. Ensure best practice in warehouse operations, focusing on stock accuracy, cycle counts, and operating system utilization.
8. Ensure compliance with company and legal health & safety requirements to minimize risk of accidents or injury.
9. Communicate department and personal performance standards, establishing training plans for skill development and succession.
About You:
Key Experience and Skills Required:
1. 3-5 years of relevant Supply Chain Management experience.
2. Experience at senior leadership level with strategy development.
3. Excellent stakeholder management skills.
4. Experience in driving continuous improvement and implementing procedures.
5. Significant experience in supply planning and managing external supply bases.
6. Proven record in budget achievement and effective financial management.
7. People management experience.
8. Effective negotiation skills.
9. Problem-solving approach and ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously.
10. Adept in Excel.
11. Strong familiarity with Sage and Epicor will be well regarded.

1. Salary £55,000 negotiable depending on experience.
