What it's like to work here
The successful candidates will join the Welcome Team as the face of our organisation. We often say that a visitor may spend their whole day on National Trust land but never realise it. Our team aim to change that by engaging with our visitors, offering a warm welcome and the advice that can turn a good day out into a great one.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for the outdoors and wants to help visitors get the most out of their visit. Someone who understands the work we are doing to help keep the Lakes special for everyone and can communicate that through stories to help the public understand who we are and what we do.
What you'll be doing
