My Client is a Main Dealership in High Wycombe and they’re looking for a Sales Executive to help the rest of the team!
Car Sales Executive Package
£18,000 Basic – £55,000 OTE
Car Sales Executive Role:
1. To meet and greet customers, qualify their needs and demonstrate vehicles accordingly.
2. To discuss funding, and sell additional F&I products.
3. To build and maintain your customer database.
4. To follow a sales process, whilst providing excellent customer service, building a long-term rapport with your customers.
5. To have a professional approach and first class people skills. You will be driven and highly motivated to succeed,
6. You will need to be able to demonstrate your success in your current position in respect to sales KPIs (unit volume, F&I, CSI ratings etc.).
About you:

9. You will need to follow a structured sales process, whilst being able to build a strong rapport with each customer.
10. You will be determined to succeed and prepared to drive your performance on a daily basis.
11. You must have a valid UK driving licence
Please ensure when considering yourself for this position you do have a minimum of 3 years in a main dealership, a successful proven track record in the motor industry, and a degree of stability among previous / current roles.
