Description
As Head of Sales, you will:
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives
* Take a lead role in building and executing your own personal sales pipeline
* Lead and support a small sales team to deliver on their objectives
* Cultivate relationships with key industry Enterprise stakeholders and partners
* Deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to deliver YOY growth
* Identify new business opportunities within both end user and channel partnerships
* Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality service standards
* Collaborate with other department heads to align company goals and strategies
Profile
As the successful Head of Sales, you should have:
* Demonstrable experience within the fleet sector, selling into Enterprise level organisations
* A proven sales background in direct Enterprise selling is key
* A strong understanding of the fleet sector, whether direct to end user, or via leasing partners
* Knowledge of SMR would be advantageous
* Exceptional negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to travel as required across the UK
