The Role
As the Administrator/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, representing the company with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional attitude.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintain a clean and organised reception area.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for staff members.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
Coordinate office deliveries, mail handling, and courier services.
Ensure that all office systems and procedures are followed and updated as needed.
Support various departments with general administrative tasks.This role is starting as soon as possible and will go on until the end of January 2025.
