Key Responsibilities:
* Perform quality checks on completed job cards within Base and Line Maintenance.
* Accurately process, close, and scan job cards into STS Job Files and customer systems.
* Monitor incomplete job cards for reporting and quality-check purposes.
* Execute general clerical duties, including data entry and file management.
* Ensure timely and efficient handling of all maintenance documentation and processes.
Skills & Experience:
* Knowledge of Aircraft Base and Line Maintenance is preferred but not essential.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Calm and professional under pressure with excellent communication skills.
* Able to work collaboratively to achieve team objectives.
* Flexible with the ability to adapt to shift work.
