Job Description
* Prepare presentations (with Microsoft office 365) for management meetings in Japanese.
* Make monthly, seasonal reports to Mizuno Japan and daily sales report.
* Liaise with other Mizuno Japan departments, and take an appropriate action as instructed.
* Translate business documents and provide interpretation as requested.
* Produce regular monthly reports for the EMEA management team.
* Provide general administrative support to the EMEA team.
* Assist Japanese expats with documentation requirements during their stay in the UK. (e.g. Passport renewals, driving licences, birth certificates, bank accounts.)
* Co-ordinate and administer charity requests to the business.
* Point of contact for communications from Mizuno Japan where necessary in the absence of Head of EMEA Finance & Admin.
* Assist visitors from Mizuno Japan and other global offices with accommodation & travel arrangements as required.
* Support global sustainability project.
* In addition to these duties and responsibilities, the job holder may be required to carry out other tasks assigned by their manager.
Key Skills
* Fluent Written and Spoken Japanese and English.
* Interpretation / translation experience.
* Excellent Communication skills.
* Experience in Excel, Powerpoint and Word and Microsoft Office to intermediate level.
* Excellent organisation skills.
This role is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.
