The Role
As the main point of contact for their valued clients, you'll be the friendly face and voice of the company, providing the highest level of support and assistance.
Whether it's troubleshooting technical issues, guiding customers through their range of services, or providing expert advice, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and building relationships with their existing and future customers, and providing a fantastic customer experience.
They value quality over quantity in their work approach. They're not answering call after call in a high-volume, high-paced call centre, which they believe positively sets them apart from other customer service roles.
Between answering calls and queries, you will work alongside your various teams to help with ongoing projects and tasks, based on your interests and abilities.
