Responsibilities
* Coordinate work diaries and schedule customer appointments efficiently.
* Respond to all incoming calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
* Gather and process relevant information for repairs, ensuring it is directed to the correct team members.
* Order parts and materials as identified by the engineering teams.
* Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
* Previous experience in office administration, with a focus on organisation and coordination.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
* Experience in scheduling or a similar role is a plus.
* Strong IT skills and proficiency in office software.
* Proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
