Job description
We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Office Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to gain valuable Sales, Admin and Account management experience with a view to progress within the company in the future.
Responsibilities
Your main tasks will include -
* Processing Customer sales orders.
* Customer Service via phone and email, handling customer and supplier enquiries and queries.
* Answering in bound telephone calls.
* Any general office administration tasks as required.
* Raising purchase orders
* Book Vehicles and Transport for deliveries
* Ensure the relevant materials are here ready for production
* Completing spreadsheets and information as required
* Creating quotes and amending customers specifications.
* Weekly stock reports and keeping all stock levels up to date and insure we always have a good level of stock
You will also be asked to help with further tasks, such as -
* Reviewing Customer recent order reports, identifying sales opportunities as well as business we may have lost then reporting back to the Account Manager.
* Assist with projects from Directors/Sales Reps as and when required.
Person Specification
* Excellent interpersonal skills including well developed presentation and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated and exercise a proactive approach, with the ability to work on your own initiative
* Confident and able to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
* Experience in using Microsoft Office
* Must be self-motivated & hungry to achieve success
* High attention to detail
* Sales and customer service experience is preferred
