About the Role The Inclusive Education Trust (IET) is looking to appoint an inspirational HLTA to support our team of excellent teachers at the Alternative College Hub in Leatherhead. The successful candidate will have excellent support skills and good all-round knowledge of supporting the education of students, deliver planned lessons and an understanding of Special education, mainstream education and / or Pupil Referral Units. The successful candidate will be joining a fun, creative team that offers students a full time, tailored package of education suited to their individual needs, with vocational courses alongside English, Maths and Personal Development qualifications. The role will be delivering planned lessons both online and in person to support both the Aspire Project and the Alternative College.This is a permanent, full-time position, Monday to Friday 36 hours per week over 39 weeks of the year term time only. We will support the successful candidate to achieve QTLS if this is an area of interest. The successful candidate will be:

12. Able to maintain and drive forward outstanding standards whilst meeting the needs of a very diverse group of students.
13. Able to deliver lessons to small groups of students both online and in person.
14. An excellent communicator, able to work inclusively with pupils, staff, parents, Management Committee and other stakeholders.
