Team Support in Chester-Le-Street are looking for an experienced Business to Business sales person to join their existing team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* The Business Development Representative will be responsible for prospecting and growing the territory.
* Utilising inbound leads, outbound contact, calls, emails and socials contact.
* Managing a full pipeline via the CRM system.
* Qualifying prospects based on their current business challenges and needs using targeted and relevant questions.
* Meeting qualified lead/demos targets every month.
* Working to sales targets and incentives, whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Experience & Skills needed:
* Previous experience in an outbound role is advantages.
* Strong communication.
* High motivation and ambition.
* Ambition to meet targets and build robust client relationships.
* The drive to exceed in a high-growth, SaaS company.
