Main duties of the job
As a Bank Chef at Barchester, you will assist the Head Chef in creating nutritious, flavoursome and well-balanced menus while working with residents to tailor the menus around their preferences. You will be required to help manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, work with fresh produce to deliver high-quality dishes, and help create a warm, efficient, and fun environment. You will also be responsible for managing stock control and completing regular audits.

Essential
1. You will need to hold a City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent qualification, and have experience in helping to lead and inspire a team. A good understanding of nutrition and experience of working with fresh seasonal food is also required.
