Primary Teacher - Alternative Provision
QTS Primary Teacher required - Primary Support Base located in St Albans - September 2024 - MPS/UPS (£155 to £225 per day) - Long term to permanent role - Small class of just 8 - No experience in Alternative Provision required!

About the role
This exceptional School located in St Albans; Hertfordshire offers young students who are struggling in mainstream settings the opportunity to come to a different type of school that can support then on an individual basis with an education plan that meets their needs. The school is well-run and has recently obtained an outstanding Ofsted based on the work it is doing in all areas of these young learner's lives.
Due to the increased intake for September, they are looking to appoint at least one new Primary Teacher who they will support and develop into an exceptional AP Teacher - no prior experience needed.
Role requirements
1. QTS qualified Teacher (ECT's considered and can be supported for induction).
2. Early years, KS1 and KS2 experience is all relevant to the role.
3. Desire to act as part of a fully committed AP Team.
4. Paid on parity with MPS/UPS - planning and assessment will be required.
5. Essential that the incoming teacher is committed to training and development.
