Job Description
IT Engineer required. My client have been providing IT Support to Gloucestershire and UK businesses for over 20 years, and pride their-selves on their first-class consultancy services and solutions. They are now looking for an experienced IT Engineer to join their team based in Gloucester.
Position Overview
1. To support and ensure the client infrastructure is managed correctly
2. Providing IT support for clients
3. Assisting clients with hardware & application problems by phone/email or on-site
4. Allocation of tickets & triage where necessary to the relevant team member for resolution
5. Dealing with requests for support and making sure high-quality customer service is provided
6. Ensuring support calls are logged and resolved within the SLA
7. Assist in project set up (365, data migrations, phone system swap outs)
8. Onsite installation of equipment for both telecom and IT setup
9. Complete client requirements, new business & upgrades. Installations and onboarding process
Position Requirements
10. Full UK Driving License
11. At-least 2 years experience in an IT Support role
12. Experience in both Telecoms and IT basic support
13. Experience working within the SLAs
14. Microsoft & Windows Servers
15. Installing / configuring hardware and software
Position Remuneration
16. Monday to Friday
17. £24,000 – 27,000
18. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
