You will work on our busy 15-bed in patientunit alongside our multi-professional team.

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised careusing evidence-based practice.
Work within the MDT.
Maintain good records management using our electronic system.
Carry out all clinical procedures, including various pain andsymptom management treatments.
Partake in education and training.
Partake in our quality and governance programme, likecompleting audits.

Person Specification
Qualifications
Essential
1. NMC registered, ideally with post-registration experience in palliative, end of life care.
2. Ability to be flexible, positive and work within the wider team.
3. Good communication skills.
