Home Manager - Nursing Home

Salary: Up to £75,000
I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager to work as a Care Home Manager for an established, family-run care provider within their reputable, purpose-built, gold standards framework accredited nursing home in Sydenham.
The home provides person-centred dementia, general nursing, and end-of-life care for 75 residents and has been rated good in all 5 areas by the CQC.
As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading the multi-disciplinary staff team and ensuring that high-quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting with the home's recruitment and training
2. Management and assessment of care plans
3. Conducting audits and budget management
4. Liaising with local authorities, the CQC, and the NMC
For this role, it is essential that you have previous experience of managing a nursing home, excellent clinical skills and knowledge, as well as experience working alongside local authorities including the CQC.
