Where does this role fit in?
We’re looking for a junior copywriter to join an experienced creative team who wields their words across the web, social, print, radio and everything in between. The best part? You’ll be working on brands you (and your mum) will have heard of; Co-op, Costa Coffee, KFC, Wickes, Regus and Currys – to name just a few.
As well as working independently, you’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented bunch of art directors, designers and animators to flex your creative muscles and bring your ideas to life. Neat, eh?
You’ll also have an award-winning senior copywriter as a mentor. Someone you can bounce ideas off, look to for inspiration and learn from.
Requirements
About you.
You have a way with words. You understand their power and how to use them – and you do.
You’re already writing to persuade, engage, inform or entertain. This might be at an agency, client-side – or neither. It might just be a passion you want to turn into a profession.
Qualifications? We’re not precious. You might still be in education or have recently qualified from a literature or creative course. Passion and ambition are more valuable to us than a diploma or degree.
As well as knowing what to say, how and when, you like to think creatively. Constantly thinking of ways to solve problems and bring your words and ideas to life – drawing on inspiration from the world around you.
So, if you want your work to appear on billboards or on social. To see your scripts come to life on TV or hear them on the radio – we have the role for you. All we ask is for a passion for crafting copy that engages and a knowledge of what good creative work looks and sounds like.
