About the Role:
The Global HR Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to support the growth and success of Concept Technical Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing HR initiatives to support business objectives
* Providing strategic HR advice to senior leaders and managers
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in an HR leadership role
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
