Must have experience within Social Housing/Repairs
Required experiences:
1. Experience of working in a similar environment E.G working within an office that supports commercially focused services
2. Self-Motivated, flexible, and Resourceful
3. Able to work to tight deadlines
4. Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
5. To prioritise heavy workloads
6. To commit to operative in a customer focused environment
7. Be a good team player
8. Intermediate to advanced level with IT skills especially MS Word and Excel
9. Experience of working in an administration/secretarial role
10. Good standard of written English
11. Self-discipline, with demonstrably good time management skills and the ability to manage several priorities
12. Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently and accurately under pressure
13. Professional and pleasant manner in dealing with internal and external customers
14. Excellent telephone skills
15. You will be expected to carry out the below duties:
Day-to-day Duties include:
16. Manage and maintain relevant filing systems and databases
17. Work with the team manager to ensure that relevant administrative tasks are dealt with efficiently
18. Complete general administration tasks as and when required to meet the needs of the department
19. Liaise with internal and external contacts to ensure a smooth flow of information and work between the departments
20. Monitor and record costs incurred by the department
21. Ensure effective and efficient processing of documents, working within set time frames
