About the role
Reporting to the Head of Delivery, the Project Analyst role will support the delivery of internal product development projects by planning, forecasting, tracking and reporting of project activities against agreed KPI’s to key business stakeholders.
Core elements will include:
* Maintain schedule, cost and progress status and forecasts for assigned projects
* Facilitate identification, monitoring and reporting on Risks, Issues, Actions and Decisions relevant to assigned projects
* Prepare and present reports on project status and forecast per organisational governance standards
* Coordinate formulation, approval, execution and closure of assigned projects per organisational governance standards
* Contribute to continuous improvement of Zetron’s project management practices and standards
About You
We are seeking candidates with high level experiences within a project reporting and delivery environment and who are looking for an opportunity to develop their career within a growing global business. You will have demonstrable experience within Azure DevOps or other aligned software project planning and delivery pipeline management toolset and have a high level understanding of project governance and risk reporting across stated parameters.
This experience will be complemented by strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills that will engage with all stakeholders and a willingness to challenge the status quo of normal business practices, to facilitate ongoing continuous improvement activities.
Post-secondary degree/diploma in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or another related field would be highly beneficial.
Within the Zetron business, we recognise and respect the need for flexible working arrangements; however, due to the high touch, team engagement nature of this role, it is 60% based at our Hull office facilities with the remaining 40% potentially working from home.
