Job Title: Senior Quality Manager
Location: Barrow-in-Furness. This is a full time on site role
Salary: £60,250 plus, depending on skills and experience with executive car allowance and benefits on top
What you'll be doing:
1. You will be leading a team of Quality Professionals and project managers to drive improvement into the SSN-A schedule
2. Be a point of contact for all SSN-A build quality issues and represent Quality in SSN-A senior leadership team
3. Collate elements of knowledge using Learning from experience within Astute & Dreadnought and implement onto the SSN-A programme
4. Be responsible for the Project management of all quality opportunities for SSN-A
5. Report on the overall progress across SSN-A quality areas
6. Oversee the delivery of the quality requirements in build as a Facility Quality Manager
Your skills and experiences:
7. You will need to have proven, direct leadership experience
8. Have gained experience within a professional engineering environment
9. Hold good knowledge and understanding of Quality techniques and inspection methods
10. Have strong Project management skills & experience
