The Role
As a Senior Content Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the voice and narrative of the company’s digital products. This is a creative and strategic position, where you will collaborate across teams to craft user-centered content that elevates the customer experience while driving business results. If you’re passionate about creating impactful digital journeys and setting the tone for a brand, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
* Conduct in-depth customer research (qualitative and quantitative) to inform content strategies and validate design choices.
* Own and shape the content perspective for key features, products, and overall branding.
* Partner closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to define how products and features are communicated, using storytelling techniques to connect with users.
* Edit and refine app copy, working with UX guidelines to create smooth customer flow journeys.
* Write clear, concise, and engaging UX copy across all customer touchpoints and platforms.
* Act as a tone of voice expert, ensuring consistency and alignment across all internal and external communications.
* Adapt content to multiple languages and markets, taking cultural and linguistic nuances into account.
* Contribute to the creative process from start to finish, offering insights, feedback, and content solutions at every stage.
* Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure content adheres to industry standards and complies with all necessary regulations.
* Provide content-related guidance across departments, helping establish best practices and ensuring brand consistency.
What You’ll Bring:
* Demonstrated experience in copywriting, ideally within a fintech, tech, or related field, showcased through a robust portfolio.
* Solid understanding of SEO principles and the ability to craft content optimized for search engines.
* Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
* At least 3 years of experience as a UX writer or content designer.
* Expertise in writing for digital platforms and crafting user-friendly content for complex services.
* A deep understanding of UX design principles, with a focus on how content impacts user behavior and interaction.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly in a multidisciplinary team.
* Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously without missing deadlines.
* Familiarity with Agile project management tools (such as Workfront) and design software (like Figma).
* Ability to build strong relationships across teams and leadership, influencing content strategies at the highest level.
