What you become a part of

Our apprenticeship programme allows you to do just that, you will be learning on the job working with experts in Planning and Commercialisation departments.
What will you do
* You will work with our Planning or Commercialisation teams to build an understanding of the planning, demand, and production of our products across the UK.
Planning Rotation:
* Collaborate with experienced planners to create a demand plan covering multiple time horizons that meet customer demand.
* Assist with short-term planning to manage daily manufacturing variations, ensuring smooth execution.
* Support mid-term planning by creating production plans from week 3 to month 18, enabling a long-term view of potential production constraints.
* Help with planning materials to make sure the factory has the supplies it needs, by checking with suppliers that everything is ready to be used.
* Help determine the cost-optimal dispatch locations for customer orders.
* Ensure the correct inventory is maintained at location levels to meet customer demands.
Commercialisation Rotation:
* Work with experienced project managers to help set up promotional displays, like smaller pallets and special stands for products. You'll also learn how these displays are put together and why they are important for the business.
* Participate in artwork change projects for Coca-Cola brands, managing master data setup and understanding different roles within the teams wider teams.
* Learn about the influence of commercialisation on branding and governance routines.
* Gain insights into cross-franchise brands like Monster Energy Ltd and Costa, supporting artwork change projects and learning about their impact on supply chain operations.
* Assist with the trials process, product delisting, and contribute to supply chain projects, including single-site operations.
What to expect
* This 4-year blended programme will immerse you in the world of Supply Chain. Throughout the programme, you will attend our training providers’ site for lectures and then apply your learning on the job.
* Recognised degree qualifications
* 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays
* £23.510 per year with an annual salary review.
* Exceptional training and development throughout the duration of your apprenticeship.
What we expect of you
Think you have what it takes to be a part of our apprentice programme? Here are a few things we would need from you:
* Ideally you will have attained 104 UCAS points, achieved in 3 A-Level or equivalent qualifications (including science or similar related subject). You can still apply if you are currently completing your studies.
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Lived in England for three years minimum
