Office Administrator (Part-Time)
Bangor (BT19)
Salary c.£21K – £24K FTE DOE
On behalf of our client, a growing local Engineering business McKinty Associates are seeking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to join their team on a Part-Time Basis.
The ideal candidate will be available 3 days per week, however other working patterns will be considered.
Key Duties:
1. To provide excellent customer service as the main point of contact for the business.
2. General administration support to team members.
3. Answering calls, responding to emails.
4. Open and distribute mail as appropriate.
5. Accurate filing, record keeping and data entry
6. Typing various documents and electronic information.
7. Dealing with queries from customers.
8. Dairy management of Engineers.
9. Accounts duties.
10. Relevant ad hoc duties as required.
Eligibility criteria:
11. Previous experience in a similar role desirable.
12. Education to include a minimum of 3 GCSE’s grade C or above or equivalent.
13. Computer literate – including strong Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
14. Excellent administration & organisational skills.
15. Highly computer literate including strong Excel skills.
16. Excellent communicator and able to build relationships and rapport.
17. Good numeracy aptitude and keen eye for detail.
18. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines and workload.
19. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
