Position: Primary Teacher
Salary: £30,000 - £46,000 per annum
Location: Waterlooville
Start Date: September 2nd Long Term, Full Time

We are seeking to employ a Primary Teacher who has the potential to be outstanding and the drive to make a difference. A passion for Year 1 is desirable.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver creative and engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning styles
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration
* Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a conducive learning atmosphere
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and well-being
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
* Resilience and patience
* Teaching Certification (QTS/PGCE)
* In-depth knowledge of the primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies
* Patience, adaptability, and a genuine love for education
* Ability to craft engaging and inclusive lesson plans
