💰 Salary: Up to £95 per day (depending on experience)
📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 3:30 pm

🔍 Role Overview:
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students who are at risk of exclusion by building strong, trusting relationships in the classroom. Your focus will be to help these students improve their behavior and engagement with learning, creating a positive impact on their academic and personal development.
Your responsibilities will include:
Engaging and supporting students who face behavioral challenges
Building strong relationships with students to encourage positive behavior and learning
Working alongside teachers to promote a safe and inclusive classroom environment
Monitoring student progress and adapting support strategies as needed
Assisting with behavior management, conflict resolution, and promoting emotional well-being
