We are looking for a significantly experienced Risk and Compliance Professional, who has also had exposure with ESG and CSR, to join a privately owned IT Services Company as a Head of Risk and Compliance. Paying £80-100k, this position is based in Central London but is hybrid (2 days in the office and the remainder of the week at home).
The Role
1. Lead a team to manage the IMS internal audit function, ensuring that all required internal audits are completed as necessary to ensure compliance to ISO certifications (9001, 27001, 45001, 14001).
2. Develop risk management capabilities at the corporate level as well as promoting and supporting risk management at department or functional level as required.
3. Design and monitor compliance programmes and produce regular compliance and risk updates for reporting to the Executive Board.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, external ISO auditors, and legal counsel in matters relating to risk and compliance.
5. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the regulatory framework and ensure the company's compliance with the relevant UK and international regulations, standards and guidelines, including advice from General Counsel.
6. Work with the Executive Board to build corporate objectives to support commitment to social and environmental goals. Develop enterprise wide ESG and CSR policies and build capabilities within the team to support that journey.
Your Profile
7. You will need to be an experienced Risk and Compliance professional.
8. Experience in ensuring compliance of ISO certifications is essential.
9. Exposure and experience with ESG and CSR is hugely advantageous.
10. A background in Professional Services, preferably the I.T. industry is highly desired.
